PREK-12 PRINCIPAL The Underwood School District is seeking an exceptional educational leader beginning with the 2020-21 school year to direct the instructional program and operations for our students and staff, serving as the PreK-12 Principal.  The Underwood Public School District is a close-knit community located in West Central Minnesota that currently serves approximately 640 students who attend our PreK-12 school building.  We are seeking a highly motivated, exceptional, results oriented professional who is committed to high standards of performance and achievement by both students and educators. This educational leader needs the vision, experience, knowledge, and skills to successfully work with staff, students and families on the development of a collaborative learning community that focuses on ensuring academic, emotional and social growth for each of our students, allowing each of our students to create their own success story.

• Ability to design and implement effective high-quality professional development.
• Experience in developing community and business partnerships that advance opportunities for students, as well as promotes the school district.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of a building with 630+ students and 70+ staff.
• Effectively monitor and implement student safety procedures.
