It is illegal for drivers under 18 to talk on cell phones while driving - even it is hands-free.

It is illegal for EVERYONE to read or compose texts or e-mails, or access the Web while driving. Fines run up to $300.

Make a pact with your friends to never use the phone while driving. It's better to hear from them a little later than never again.

Driving is the most dangerous activity teens do in a day - paying attention, wearing your seatbelt and slowing down can save your life.
