Financial Aid Night will be held at the Battle Lake School Auditorium this year on January 25th at 6:00pm.  There will be a presentation about filling out the FAFSA and sometime to start your application.

Seniors wanting to apply for financial aid for college need to figure their family federal income taxes first.Parents and students must have this information to complete the FAFSA,which is used in determining financial aid for all colleges. There is an advantage to getting it done early!
*This school year 2015-2016 you can apply after January 1st.  Next school year you can apply for financial aid as soon as October 1st. 

FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid)
Every student planning on attending college (of any type) should complete the FAFSA form at www.fafsa.ed.gov. Parents and students must have a Federal Student Aid ID (FSA ID).  You will each need to use an email address to create this.  You will need to create the FSA ID before you can apply for financial aid and it can take 1-2 days to process.
