Hello.  Thank you for your interest in Underwood Schools.  We have a lot of wonderful things happening here and would encourage you to consider Underwood as a great place for your student(s) to attend. Please view the attached document to learn more about our school.

Some forms you will need to complete to enroll your student(s):

  • Enrollment Form 

  • Open Enrollment Form (If you live outside of the Underwood district boundaries.  A district map can be found under District Info.)

  • Free/Reduced Lunch Form - Application for Free and Reduced Meals (available summer 2023)
